No matter which part of the year it is, it’s always nice to feel good. Green smoothies can definitely make us feel better. They can be great breakfasts, dinners or snacks. They wake your mind and detox your body. We know, there’s so many (maybe even too many) diferent recipes for smoothies on the internet, but we’d still like to write another one. Just in case you need one more.
1 big banana
1 big bunch of spinach
1/2 lemon juice
3 tea spoons of wheatgrass powder
Blend all the ingredients in a powerful blender, sit down, if possible facing the sun, relax and bon appetit!
